We consistently look for Executive Coaches with deep corporate backgrounds, who have had the chance to work across industries, geographies and at different levels of the organization, with a solid understanding of how organizations work and thrive. In addition to their overall cultural and professional background, we look for deep experience in Executive Coaching with a proven record of helping employees improve their leadership and success skills. As is the case in many service areas, becoming a master of your trade takes years of experience.

Joining Our Community of Executive Coaches
Most of our Coaches have over 15 years of experience across geographies, cultures and top companies in the world such as Amazon, Cisco, Tesco, Deloitte, Macy’s and Tony Robbins. To ensure that we hire the very best, we take our screening process very seriously. Joining our community of world-class Executive Coaches means going through a rigorous 3-step screening process where we personally test applicants in their delivery of group coaching and understanding of human dynamics. Over the last month alone, only 32% of Coaches currently working with known brands, ended up being welcomed into our community of Executive Coaches.
Our average rating for Coach effectiveness is extremely high. We are proud to share that our Coaches are consistently rated a 9 out of 10 after each and every 1-hour Coaching Session. That means that our Executive Coaches are truly having an impact on people’s lives.
