If you had a Magic Coach Wand and could help someone develop a new way of thinking overnight, what would it be?
Under no circumstances should you ever give away the freedom you always have.

I think the most powerful question is the one that arises in the moment based on deeply listening and asking something that makes that person pause, think and reflect on the situation in a new way.

One of the most pervasive things that stops us is the volume level of the inner critic – in other words, those limiting thoughts and behaviors that hold us back.

Spending time with people who are closed-minded and narrow thinkers. It’s important to have the confidence to say no and step away.
