It all started with wanting to solve a massive and consistent pain in organizations.
Turning Pain into Purpose
Before I started my own company, I was an HR and Human Capital practitioner at the most bad ass companies in the world. In them, we implemented the best Learning & Development programs the industry had to offer. But sadly no matter how hard we tried, I saw the same issues year after year as organizations repeatedly struggled to up-level their talent for maximum impact. Why? Because these programs failed to deliver the results we needed. They had good intent, but they weren’t built for stickiness and momentum and couldn’t change behaviors. That’s when I realized the downfall of these programs was the lack of focus on human-specific behaviors.
I got to see these human challenges up close and personal, as I saw the frantic fear that came with change. I wondered, “What’s going on here?”
As a woman on a mission, I investigated the top challenges seen at Fortune 500 companies, and interviewed 200+ industry leaders and academics. What emerged as a common thread? Not just the shocking lack of soft skills in organizations, but more so the lack of knowledge and practice around how to actually build them
Determined to solve this massive problem across industries and geographies – it was shockingly everywhere — I founded Experiential Insight and with a team of experts we developed HyperQ®.

The key to unlocking human potential goes way deep into the neurological functions of our brain. You see, our brain is made up of two hemispheres – left and right. The two sides communicate with each other to form holistic concepts, foster ideas, and trigger actions. However, like two siblings they share differences, especially in processing information.
People who unlock the strengths of the left brain often excel in technical spheres, especially in math and science. This side of the brain controls analytical and logical functions such as linear thinking, computations, and sequencing.
People who unlock the strengths of the right brain are more visually creative and intuitive. This side of the brain controls functions such as creativity, imagination, intuition, non-verbal cues, and emotions.
