We partnered with HumanQ to design QPod Tracks that would prepare our top leaders in translational safety and bioanalytical sciences to increase short term and long term business impact and growth in ensuring medicines are both effective and safe before and during human trials. This was part of a plan to ensure our top talent was moving in the direction our business was headed, so that they could actively grow and problem solve, as the business challenges evolve. I enjoyed my experience going through aQPod Track with HumanQ. The things that I liked the most from my QPod experience were the deep and vulnerable discussions shared amongst the group. We were challenged to take action every week in order to reach our goals which allowed me to focus on my self-awareness and impact. What I loved the most from my QPod experience was the idea of being in a truly safe place where we could express how we felt. I would absolutely recommend this experience to a colleague or friend as it is something worthwhile to try.
