HumanQ Teams FAQs

HumanQ Teams is an ongoing solution to help you solve your most pressing pain point or opportunity. Every year, as your pain points or opportunities evolve, we will spend 60 minutes with you to customize your HumanQ Teams to meet your specific needs. Included in your HumanQ Teams is:
  • HumanQ Teams Workshop (20 minutes) to identify your focus area and start building your HumanQ Teams - optional
  • Design Session (60 minutes) with your QPod Catalyst to customize your HumanQ Teams - required
  • QPod Track (60 minutes x 6) guided by your QPod Catalyst to take your employees through 6 structured and action focused QPods - required
  • Community Drop Ins (unlimited) to help your employees keep moving forward with ongoing access to live, on demand Group Coaching - recommended

A QPod is a 60 minute session with up to 6 participants, guided by a QPod Catalyst which provides a unique opportunity for employees to get aligned, take weekly action, and create impact in a safe and trusted space,

A Design Session is a 60 minute session with your QPod Catalyst. You’ll review your completed HumanQ Teams Toolkit and customize each QPod to meet your team’s priorities.
Each QPod Track brings together up to 6 employees in a focused group for 6 weekly 60 minute sessions, guided by a dedicated QPod Catalyst. Each QPod will explore a specific topic that solves a pain point or opportunity.
Community QPod Drop Ins are 60 minutes with up to 6 participants focused on hot topics to help you activate your capabilities, build your network, and achieve your goals. Attendees include other like-minded leaders from different companies, industries and functions across the HumanQ community.
These workshops are optional. You can always jump straight to step 2 and get matched to a QPod Catalyst to get started.
During the HumanQ Teams Workshop, we will walk through a quick overview of how to get et the most value out of your HumanQ Teams, including how to best leverage your HumanQ Teams Toolkit.
Your HumanQ Teams will be customized based on your pain point or opportunity in partnership with your QPod Catalyst during your 60 minute Design Session.

At the beginning of your subscription year, we will reach out to you to begin the process of building your new HumanQ Teams. You will have an opportunity to stack rank priorities, select your area of focus, identify new employees and business metrics that align to the pain point or opportunity that you would like to solve through HumanQ Teams.

We take QPod Catalyst matching very seriously and we are proud to share that we have maintained a 100% QPod Catalyst Satisfaction to date, where we have never been asked to replace a QPod Catalyst once they have been matched. When matching you to the right QPod Catalyst , we take into consideration a number of different criteria including industry and function experience, cultural fit, and any other business requirements. Once we have identified the best QPod Catalyst for you based on these different criteria, we will make an introduction via email

Your HumanQ Teams includes one QPod Track, but if you would like to add additional QPod Tracks, please reach out to HumanQ (hello@humanq.com) and we will work with you to add more QPod Tracks.

Yes, every year when you design a new HumanQ Teams you can select a new group of employees to participate in the HumanQ Team.

If you have more than 6 employees participating in your HumanQ Teams, you will be able to create groups of up to 6, in a way that works best for your needs. These groups will stay together with the same QPod Catalyst for the duration of the 6 week QPod Track. Additionally, we strongly recommend that when you create the groups, you keep managers separate from their direct reports (if possible) to ensure everyone is able to share their thoughts freely in their sessions.

HumanQ’s HumanQ Teams auto-renews annually. If you would like to cancel you can do so at any time, up until 60 days prior to the new Contract Year. Please note that if you do cancel, the current year is non-refundable.
