HumanQ Coach Spotlight

HumanQ Coach Spotlight: Cindy Rold

Coach Spotlight | Cindy Rold | Littleton, Colorado, USA

HumanQ: What is one ingredient in your Coaching “secret sauce” that makes you unique?
Cindy : I’ve been told that I have the ability to ask “hard” questions that other Coaches might not ask.
HumanQ: Should a Coach have their own Coach? Why or why not?
Cindy : Coaches have a lot to benefit from the insights and self-awareness gained by working with another Coach. I have had the pleasure of working with many different Coaches over the last 21 years.
HumanQ: What is the most powerful question a leader can ask someone they are Coaching?
Cindy : I think the most powerful question is the one that arises in the moment based on deeply listening to the Customer and asking something that makes them pause and think and reflect on the situation in a new way.
HumanQ: What do you think stops us from being our best selves and living our best lives?
Cindy : Fear. Fear of failing; fear of succeeding; fear of appearing foolish; there are many fears that stop us from being our best selves and living our best lives. If we were truly fearless, we could reach amazing heights.
HumanQ: If you had a Magic Coach Wand and could help someone develop a new way of thinking overnight, what would it be?
Cindy : Mindset and resourcefulness. Mindset is how we think about the events in our lives that help us choose our responses to those events. Resourcefulness is believing that there is a way to get something done and finding that way.
