HumanQ Coach Spotlight: Kelli Wingo

Coach Spotlight | Kelli Wingo | New York, New York

HumanQ: What are the biggest challenges that you find employees that you Coach grapple with?
Kelli : They grapple with stress/burnout, lack of engagement and feelings of disempowerment.
HumanQ: If you had a Magic Coach Wand and could help someone develop a new way of thinking overnight, what would it be?
Kelli : We all have more power and influence than we give ourselves credit for. Be strategically flexible and unselfishly ambitious when catalyzing your inherent power and influence to both develop yourself and positively impact the world around you.
HumanQ: What is the most powerful question a leader can ask someone they are Coaching?
Kelli : “How might you transform your challenges into opportunities and opportunities into wins?”
HumanQ: What do you think stops us from being our best selves and living our best lives?
Kelli : Striving for perfection instead of operating in excellence.
HumanQ: What is your biggest life lesson that contributes to your Coaching style?
Kelli : Don’t fake it until you make it. Being plastic serves no one – least of all yourself. Confidence is more important than skill. Be confident enough to know that you have the intelligence to acquire the skills you need.
