HumanQ: What do you think stops us from being our best selves and living our best lives?
Rebecca : Ruminating, imagining catastrophes and worrying about what others think. Creating stories in your mind around situations that happen which are often untrue or exaggerated.
HumanQ: What is the most powerful question a leader can ask someone they are Coaching?
Rebecca : What will you do differently based on this insight?
HumanQ: What has been your biggest failure and what did you learn from that experience?
Rebecca : Neglecting my own wellbeing while being a wellbeing advocate where I worked. From this, I learned to slow down, and that life is not a series of accomplishments that need to be ticked off the list. The resilience components of the HumanQ Coaching tracks really resonate with me.
HumanQ: What is something someone taught you during your career that changed you for good?
Rebecca : To lead with integrity and empathy and take the time to get to know the people you work with.
HumanQ: If you had a Magic Coach Wand and could help someone develop a new way of thinking overnight, what would it be?
Rebecca : Look for joy and fun in what you do. This perspective helps you be more creative and open to new experiences.
