Step 1 (Optional): If you haven’t already and would like to attend an Essential Solution Workshop to get help building your Essential Solution, you can schedule one HERE.
Step 2 (Required): Once you receive the introduction email to your Business Coach, schedule your 1 hour Design Session to customize your Essential Solution.
NOTE: To get the most value out of your Design Session, you must complete pages 1-3 of your Essential Solution Toolkit beforehand.
Step 3 (Required): After your Design Session, schedule your 6, weekly, one hour Coaching Track sessions with your Business Coach and make sure to complete your Employee Information Spreadsheet and upload it HERE.
Step 4 (Recommended): Keep your employees moving forward by encouraging them to participate in HumanQ’s Community Drop Ins. Think one hour deep dives into hot topics with other leaders across companies, industries, functions.
