When we started HumanQ, we weren’t chasing trends or building perks. We were responding to a pattern we saw everywhere, and reinforced through our CEO’s experience leading teams across global organizations like Deloitte, Salesforce, Cisco, Apple, and Chevron. Exceptionally capable teams weren’t stalled by lack of talent. They were slowed by friction, ambiguity, and misalignment.
We believed the right structure could unlock speed. That belief has been tested and proven over thousands of QPods across startups, global enterprises, and teams under real pressure. When people are aligned, supported, and clear on what matters, they move.
Over time, that belief has taken us into all kinds of environments—different industries, different pressures, different scales. We’ve been privileged to work with teams at Salesforce, Accenture, LinkedIn, Meta, Amgen, Microsoft, Chobani, and many others.
Where Teams Actually Get Stuck
Most teams don’t slow down because the goals are too big. They slow down because things get blurry. When priorities keep shifting, or everyone has a slightly different take on what success actually means, even great people start to hesitate, second guess themselves, and wait for clarity until momentum quietly slips away.
Once alignment clicks, everything feels different. Pressure stops being heavy and starts being useful. We’ve seen teams move faster and with more confidence simply because they finally knew what they were driving toward together.
The Human Layer Is the Business Layer
We’ve seen it time and again: when people feel safe, trusted, and challenged, performance lifts—immediately. The impact is clear.
Over time, we’ve seen that the companies who win are the ones who take the human layer seriously. When people are supported, trusted, and clear on how they work together, the business outcomes follow.
We’re Just Getting Started
What we’ve learned so far is clear: anyone can start a business. Sticking with it, learning, adapting, and growing over 7 years is something else entirely. We’re proud of what that journey has taught us and grateful for the organizations who’ve trusted us along the way.
To every team, every Catalyst, and every partner who’s been part of this journey: thank you.
The work continues—and we’re just getting warmed up.
