Tech & Data Support Specialist | USA 

To further accelerate our proven success to date, we’re looking to hire a dynamic Tech & Data Support Specialist to provide technical support and data analytic measures that enhance the customer journey. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Operations, this role will play a pivotal role in accelerating the business. If you are hard-working, resourceful, a smart networker, and looking to join an ambitious team that will change the future of leadership and impact the world, this opportunity is for you. This role will have you doing the best work of your life as you drive game changing organizations to grow, scale, and ride into the future.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide tier 1 technical support to customers
  • Analyze data related to customer impact
  • Design surveys and other measurement tools that accelerate impact
  • Liaise with technology team to troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with customers

About You

  • 5 years of technical support and data analytics experience with a proven track record of success 
  • Experience using data to tell good stories
  • Excellent communicator enhancing the customer experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to change the world
  • Passionate about growth and development at a personal micro level and organization macro level
  • Eager to do the best work of your life with a high-impact team
  • Continuous improvement mindset
