Director of Sales | US

We’re looking to hire a dynamic Director of Sales to close new business. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this role will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base. If you are hard-working, resourceful, a smart networker, and looking to join an ambitious team that is changing the future of leadership, this opportunity is for you. This role will have you doing the best work of your life as you drive game changing organizations to grow, scale, and ride into the future.

Responsibilities Include

  • Discover and cultivate new business opportunities 
  • Manage deal closure 
  • Work closely with our CEO to develop ongoing sales strategies
  • Organize, plan and execute daily sales routines
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure the handoff from Sales to Customer Experience
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge
  • Build and manage a team of Sales Executives
  • 10% travel required

About You

  • 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success (B2B consultative sales with enterprise and midsize businesses preferred)
  • HR sales experience required
  • Driven, organized and has a “can do attitude”
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to change the world
  • Passionate about growth and development at a personal micro level and organization macro level
  • Eager to do the best work of your life with a high-impact team
  • Thrives in fast-paced, self-directed environments
